Cyndi O’Toole, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level and a special educator with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and interdisciplinary teams across educational, clinical, and community settings.
Throughout her career, Cyndi has focused on helping individuals with autism and other developmental differences build meaningful skills, strengthen communication, increase independence, and improve quality of life. Her work emphasizes collaboration with families, respect for neurodiversity, and using evidence-based practices individualized to each child’s strengths, needs, and goals. Cyndi believes meaningful progress occurs when clinicians, caregivers, educators, and community partners collaborate. She is committed to helping families feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their journey.
Outside of her professional work, Cyndi enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, hiking, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
