Hi, I’m Kevin! As the Credentialing and Contracts Manager at Colors of Hope Center for Developmental Wellness, my job is to handle the complicated behind-the-scenes paperwork so our clinical team can focus entirely on what they do best: helping children and families thrive.
If you’ve ever dealt with insurance companies, you know how confusing and overwhelming it can be. That’s where I come in. I work directly with insurance providers and healthcare networks to make sure our center is fully approved, properly set up, and ready to accept different insurance plans. From resolving technical portal glitches to coordinating our team’s official paperwork, I make sure the billing and enrollment side of things runs as smoothly as possible.
I love being the bridge that connects our families to the care they need. By handling the administrative heavy lifting, I get to help ensure that our developmental wellness and ABA services stay accessible, organized, and ready to make a positive impact in our community every single day.
